Design an App for Short Term Work
Our objective was to create a simple user interface for suppliers and consumers to interact in a professional setting. We designed two versions of the user interface, one for suppliers and one for consumers. This app allows consumers and suppliers to easily negotiate the price of a service and communicate via messages. Consumers and suppliers are kept accountable via a rating and review system.
Suppliers can post their skills, availability, and desired compensation. They can also search and apply for jobs that they are qualified and available for. Additionally, they can view a calendar or list of their past, current and upcoming jobs.
Consumers can post required skills, availability, and offered compensation for jobs, which the suppliers can apply for. The consumer can then review applications and communicate with suppliers. They can also search for and extend offers to suppliers they wish to hire. Consumers also have a calendar and list view of their previous and upcoming hires.
